The Hamilton accessory dwelling unit (ADU) is a 720-square foot, one-bedroom guest house located in the south Capital area of Santa Fe, New Mexico, which will serve as a full-time and permanent residence. Arete Dwelling Units has eight (8) floor plans ready to choose from, or we can make adjustments to fit your needs. Our largest plan for an accessory dwelling unit is 1,050 square feet. Even the smallest unit of 260 square feet might be the right fit for you. Everyone can benefit from creating more livable space–or income!
