The first phase of site development of Arroyo Oeste has been completed. Home construction of the first 20 single-family homes will begin in April 2022. Six floor plans will be offered with options for two, three or four bedrooms. One and two-level homes will be available with Pueblo or Territorial exterior styles. Like all Arete Homes, these homes will be energy-efficient and designed with open concept floor plans that maximize the use of space and will be easy to maintain.
