The first phase of site development of Arroyo Oeste has been completed. Home construction of the first 20 single-family homes will begin soon.
Three floor plans will be offered with options for two, three or four bedrooms. One and two-level homes will be available with Pueblo or Territorial exterior styles.
Eight of the 20 homes will require special qualifications and financing through The Housing Trust. Arroyo Oeste is a combination of market rate and affordable rate sale priced homes with different price points.
