Arete Homes of Santa Fe Land Development Division provides many levels of construction management for residual  subdivisions for landowners and for our own home building company. Arbolitos at Las Estrellas is part of the master-planned community of Las Estrellas, known for its mountain living and star gazing, and only minutes from downtown Santa Fe. Arroyo Oeste is located in the master-planned community of Tierra Contenta and is a new collaboration between Arete Homes of Santa Fe and The Santa Fe Community Housing Trust. Site development was completed in December 2021 and construction of 20 new single-family homes will begin 2023. There are three floor plans available that will range from 1,106 to 1,783 square feet with options to upgrade for some of the homes. The new community has plenty of nearby walking trails, sidewalks, and the SWAN Park just down the street.
