La Luna

La Luna offers a living room that opens up to a 16-foot-high ceiling, surrounded by windows that welcome the natural light that will fill the home with bright sunshine. Add an optional Kiva gas fireplace to cozily heat up the your new home. Other upgrades in the main living space include task lighting.

Enjoy the conveniences and features of a well-thought-out kitchen that offers granite counter tops, stainless-steel appliances and refrigerator, dishwasher, range, and microwave hood combo, a pantry and recessed lighting, and tile back splashes.

Nine-foot ceilings in bedrooms will include a ceiling fan with a light fixture, and a spacious walk-in closet in owner suites, and carpet in all bedrooms.

Bathrooms will include granite countertops, ceramic tile flooring, hardwood cabinets, fiberglass shower and tub surrounds, decorative light fixtures, and a Kohler sink and bath fixtures to accent the bathroom. Upgrades may include ceramic tile shower enclosures.

Choose between two exterior finishes–the Pueblo (traditional Santa Fe) and Territorial (with white trim) styles.

Front yards include a concrete driveway and entry walks, front yard landscaping and drip  irrigation, and selected areas of wood fencing.
