Arbolitos is the newly developed custom-lot subdivision by Arbolitos at Las Estrellas and Arete Homes of Santa Fe. Arete Homes has developed 20 acres with 23 single-family-home lots. Site work has been completed and the community is fully landscaped. Nine homes are under construction with new designs for additional homes in progress, and the first residents are now living in Arbolitos.
