The new community development project, Tierra Antigua, near Las Campanas, receives unanimous approval from Santa Fe County commissioners. Tierra Antigua will include 23 new homes – one home will be affordable housing.
Arete Homes of Santa Fe will begin site development early 2023. The site will take advantage of the beautiful views the land offers, while preserving the the natural beauty through careful land-planning throughout the creation of this new community.
